Just wondering how long spotting will last if its only real tiny amount spotting day after(today)? Wondering what i can't do as i've read on net i can't bathe or swim after d+c but doc+gyno didn't mention this. anything else i should know

Reply:I had a D%26amp;C in Dec. My doctor was awesome. I also think that you should relax and take it easy. I wouldn't use tampons just yet when you get your first period afterwards. I didn't bleed at all after the day I had my D%26amp;C. But everyone is different. I also waited 2 weeks to resume intercourse.
Reply:I had a d%26amp;c a long time ago. I could bathe straight away. Spotted for a week or so. No tampons for a few weeks and no intercourse for 4 weeks is what I was told.

Reply:Dont take bathes. If your cervix is at all even a little open you can have the worst infection and the antibiotics are so strong they give you. And I would let your body heal before using tampons. By the way, Im so sorry for your loss

D&C, what can't i do afterwards?

okiedokei. well i had one also at 11 weeks and i bled for about two weeks straight. bleeding anywhere from between 1-8 weeks in considered normal, and is normal at any consistency unless you start to pass large clots or soak two maxi pads in an hour. then youre in trouble. i was told no sex, douching, bathing, swimming, nothingg in the vag for at least two to three weeks. just to be safe, i'd wait until your follow up visit to do any of these things, otherwise you could get a nasty infection!!

C++/C++0x Question?
I was planning to learn C++, but I found out that C++0x is being developed. Is C++ a foundation to C++0x, or will C++0x and C++ be totally different. I want to know this is because I don't want to waste my time learning C++ if C++ and C++0x is totally different.

C++0x is still being developed and will have some improvements to C++, like garbage collection, for example. But, it will not have any fundamental changes to the C++ language, as they are trying to maintain backwards compatibility. I'd say learn C++ and, when you master it, learn what the differences will be. That's the best roadmap, I believe.

C++0x is still being developed and will have some improvements to C++, like garbage collection, for example. But, it will not have any fundamental changes to the C++ language, as they are trying to maintain backwards compatibility. I'd say learn C++ and, when you master it, learn what the differences will be. That's the best roadmap, I believe.

You can think of C++ is an extension of C. C# was built from scratch by Microsoft as the .NET programming language of choice.

Object Oriented Thinking(OOT) is much more important that OO Programming. If you design your programs keeping OO in mind you can write code in either of these languages.
C provides added advantage of being quite fast and is portable across many platforms.
But beware you can write horrendous code in C, C does not provide a safety net for bad programmers. So if you are a beginner it is best to start with something like C++ or java.
