My C: became my D: HELP!?

As the topic title says I need help here.

Here's what happened:

Before I repair install my OS (Windows XP) my HD C: and D: are ok.

Until I Repair my OS (for some software reason). My C: become my D: vice versa.

This means that WINDOWS can be located in my D: which is bad because some of my softwares are installed in my C: some in my D:

So I'm wondering how can I take it back to its original state?

For Hardware Facts my C: is 20gb and my D: is 30gb. (before repair)

C: 30gb D: 20 (after repair)

how to change my Master HD and Primary HD? Since my Motherboard has only one wire that connects both HD C: and D:.

And I forgot to mention that my D: (30gb) is my Master HD.

My C: became my D: HELP!?
