In Brandon ,Fl. got 2 reprimands from x employer that I knew nothing about until 3mos. after being terminated %26amp; filing complaint w/EEOC. Is this discriminatory on their part for not informing me %26amp; basing parts of these reprimands on my termination which was 4- 'job performance' 0 days absent in 19mos. Any lawyers advice out there, please help. Thank you

You would need to check the company's policy about written notices. Most (I had assumed all) would notify you at the time of the reprimand and request your signature stating you understood the reprimand and what was needed to rectify the situation.
